About Safe Dependable Care Med Transportation

Safe Ambulance/Safe Dependable Care is a private medical transportation service that fulfills the needs of elderly patients. Patients without our services would be denied the medical services needed to survive safely. We provide on the spot attention to dialysis patients, discharges and doctor appointments daily throughout the states of Georgia, North Carolina and Alabama. We started providing services Jun 2019. We are essentially assigned clients who need special attention and assistance to be transported by wheelchair and stretcher in Georgia and wheelchair and ambulatory clients in North Carolina and Alabama. We provide drivers the necessary equipment to be the most effective. We provide driver in their assigned areas to be the most efficient in getting the clients to and from their appointments daily, weekly and monthly. We strive to make our drivers' job as pleasant as possible and with the greatest ability to showcase their motivation, initiative, resourcefulness, confidence, dependability, organization, planning and problem-solving skills.

Our Values

Safe Dependable Care members are an extension of every passenger support system. When we greet you; we are extending our support to making sure your day and concerns are taken care of. We are trained to listen and to allow your remarks to be heard. We offer no direct guidance to solve any members concerns, other than to suggest they discuss it with their loved one. We all need to be heard and most often it relates to just listening, that answers the concerns and shows that someone cares.

Our Team

Our staff of dedicated drivers are trained to show courtesy and to be interactive drivers with every passenger; checking their securement throughout the transfer. We provide community-based drivers. This allows confident drivers that know local appointment addresses and are extremely familiar with their surroundings. We reflect safe driving techniques and defensive driving skills because we provide training guidance daily. We provide a safety message every day. Be safe out there and watch for dangerous situations that can be avoided. Always directing our attention to the safety of our passengers.
